Not much new for Terry. She continues in rehab and it is going slowly. I will have a talk with the PT person soon I am hoping and that will give me a better idea.

This is NOW
As one can see our family is getting smaller as we now have Joan, Helen and I. It was a difficult few days. We did have a good time (If that is possible under the conditions) as we had Judi, John, my 4 kids along with one grandchild to visit with and catch up BUT as one would know losing Dave on this earth is so so very difficult. It was also very nice to see Dave's girls and their family. We had great traveling and perfect weather.
Visitation was Wednesday afternoon, the funeral was Thursday morning and then after that we had a 150 mile trip to Dave's final resting place. He was buried in the cemetery where our church used to be in the middle of farming country near where our farm was.
One of the VERY special things about the last days was the funeral. There were 3 songs during the funeral and all three were music of Dave playing his flugelhorn horn. VERY special.
No I need to make dessert for tonight so will sign off and get busy.
