Some rain today and we needed it

It is 5:00 PM as I write and Terry is sleeping.  It seems that she has days when she is awake most of the time and then other days when she dozes from time to time.  She has been awake most of the afternoon but now with eyes closed she is resting.  Nothing new today.

Well I played tennis today with a couple of guys the are a notch above me in skill and then another guy who is on my level.  We had a back and forth great game and after an hour an a half we were up by 1.  

I got the rest of the calendars in the mail today.  So that is it for the 2022 calendars as they are finished and in the mail.  It may not be a good sign but I am having ideas for 2023 and I think that is kind of too far in the future!

We had thunder and thunder and MORE thunder and then finally some rain this afternoon.  It is kind of strange as over the last few days we have had thunder etc with NO rain.  Well I am sure there must be rain somewhere but not here.

I also got Elspeth's shells in the mail today.  She picked a LOT of them when she was here and then forget go put them in the van.  Details are not necessary but just to say that shells are heavy to mail so I went to the bank to get money to mail them!!!  Well not really but I am hoping she likes them and uses them as there is an investment in them!

I have been thinking and planning that darn calendar for so long now that it is out in the mail I am not sure what I should think about!  I will have to think of another project to do and that should not be difficult.

I am finding that I may have too much on my mind and I know that is hard to believe.  BUT I have not been sleeping very well and then I am temped to nap in the afternoon.  I resisted that today but yesterday was not a productive day at all and will not say more.  

I picked up my tennis racquet today so it will be interesting to see how I play tomorrow.  The tension was down about 30% so it will be a bit different playing tomorrow.  I may end up hitting the ball LONG but will see.  I enjoy playing with the better guys like today but I am sure that will come to an end as summer ends and more people come back.  

I just do not have the energy to write more or the ideas as well so will sign off but yes I did enjoy the FP again this morning as I had some before tennis and some after.  That is all for now.
