Day 38, "Every picture has a story"
Here is Audrey Lee with her Dad's camera. Could we be seeing a new Lee photographer? I do not think she used it a lot BUT she certainly looked the part! Of course this takes me back to my Dad who NEVER left the farm without his camera. After 300+ wedding pictures, many family photos and 1000's of other pictures he hung up his professional side in the 80's. A very short time after he did that he took off the insurance on his equipment and THEN the prairie fire destroyed everything including his prized baby Rollie. Even tho 1000s of pictures were destroyed by the fire everyone in the family is benefiting from his photos with many pictures that were saved. They were not saved from the fire but so many people gave photos to me and siblings as they heard we lost so many. Anyway it looks like Dad's legacy lives on in his great grandchildren! Not much today. I just arrived home from breakfast with Larry and now am ready to get on with the day. I think the lawn needs attention, the garden needs water and Terry has a PT appointment at 1:00. I think Paul is coming over to work today and he thinks he may be finished tomorrow. Walls in the west bedroom will be painted today and walls in the sunroom and hall will be painted tomorrow if things go as scheduled.
Terry finished her first batch of cucumber pickles yesterday and I think there may be almost enough in the garden for a second batch.
I biked to breakfast this morning so got in a tiny bit of exercise but maybe more tomorrow. Two. more sips of warmed over FP and I am on to the morning work.
