Why am I paying big money for this?

Just a note as to the journey towards good health for Terry!  I am more than a bit upset so this may not be such a nice posting.
We had a new gal come in today for in-home-care.  We had not had any Mon-Wed but thought we would try it again today.  The gal came in and I would say IF I were grading her as a teacher I would stamp a BIG F-!!!  The first sign that not all was great was about 8:15, fifteen minutes after she arrived.  I had shown her around the house and then told her that Terry would be ready to get up in about 10 minutes.  As I sat down to the computer I heard Terry ask me if I had the living room TV on?  No I did not but our in home care did have something on her phone that was loud!  She did make the beds, kind of.  She did not know how to do the wheelchair or the strap that Terry uses when she gets in and out of the chair.  About 10:00 I had finished some work and I walked into the living room to talk to Terry.  The gal was sitting on the couch playing a game on her phone!😡  I am guessing we paid about $10 for her work as she played the game!!!  Then I walked into the kitchen after I had talked to Terry and there staring me in the face were dirty dishes on the counter.  Dishes that should have been taken care of without me saying anything.
End of the story is we said good-bye at noon and I put in a call to the agency at 12:10.  NO MORE!  Terry's daughter Kim is here and is a big help.  We will NOT have in home care for some time and see how it works.  At this time we will go it alone and see how things work out.  It will take me some time to start to think in a decent way after this morning!  I guess I have said enough.
