TERRY
I do not have any news on progress that Terry has made. All in all it has been a good week. She has had PT therapy once and OT therapy once. I would say we were not only pleased with the sessions but we were impressed. I am not sure how many times a week each will come, maybe twice for each. Monday we do see her new primary Dr. for the first time. Well I guess we will have an office visit and then perhaps see the Dr. on the second visit. We do need to do some things over the weekend like establish a daily schedule so that life slowly comes back to normal. We look forward to Monday as she has a 10 AM OT and then the 2:45 Dr. office visit.
A few years ago we visited the Red Sox training camp when they had an open house. It is a very nice facility of course.
No plans for the day. It seems that the days have been filled with the Amazon van pulling up with a package almost as if it is Christmas! The items have been bags for the feeding tubes, blood pressure cuff, shower chair, food for the feeding tube, a pad for the wheelchair and more supplies. It is exciting to have Christmas in July when it is 90+!!!
I am hoping Terry will be up for a walk this morning. She has not been outside since Monday. We have a new pad for the wheelchair so it should be more comfortable. She is resting now as she woke up about midnight and then after that she said I tossed and turned to the point of keeping her awake. I hope she can sleep some as she does need her rest.
That is all for this morning. I do have my FP so I am good to go.
That is what I mean when I say Christmas in July but now it is August.
