TERRY

Terry had yet another visit from a medical person.  He had been here about 3 weeks ago and I remembered him saying he would come back on the 20th BUT I had not written it down so we were surprised when he knocked on the door.  It seems as if he is the one who should be able to order more OT and PT but as of yet that has not happened.  I would say that Terry is slowly getting a tiny bit better BUT it would be nice if it happened at a more rapid pace!  As much as I remember we will have nobody coming today!

We have nothing planned for the day.  I am sure Terry will get out for a walk with Vida and I may need to get something at the store but that is about it.  I think Kim will be here today and maybe well into next week.

We have pretty much decided to stop in home care at least for now.  It just does not make sense to have someone here @ $28 an hour and really only have maybe 2 hours or less of work.  IF we decide for sure we will make a call this afternoon.  Terry is comfortable with me being away for short periods of time and I do think she is getting better by the day (in very small steps) so I think we will give it a try.  It is just very difficult to have someone come into your home and do things.  I know it sounds like tiny things but it is annoying when you reach for something and it is in a different place or you open the cupboard and the dishes are in the wrong place.  We will see how things work out.

I just do not feel like writing a lot today.  Vida will be here in a short time.  My FP is still by my side so life is good!!!
