TERRY
I would say that Terry is getting a bit stronger each day. Today as she sat in the living room she sat up. stood by the walker and went the distance of the house to the bathroom in the guest bedroom. I do think the WT is helping and now, twice a week she is in the water for 90 minutes. One session is labeled OT and the other is just labeled therapy. I am hoping that by the time she finishes her current 30 days, which she just started, we can do some work in our pool at home. The steps are a negative in our pool as the steps at WT are half the height of normal steps and that makes a big difference. That is the steps getting in and out of the water. So we continue on our "one day at a time' journey and I am hopeful it will end in a strong, healthy Terry.
Another day has gone by and no tennis for the 5th day. I am hoping I can play by Monday but I am almost beginning to doubt that. I want to get onto the court again but I do not want to start too early and have a set back. Still, at this time, I cringe when I know a sneeze is coming as the pain will shoot through my lower left side. It is a tiny bit better today than yesterday so we will see.
Not much more to write about today. I am home for the most part and Terry is always open for a leg rub! I should say it would feel great IF I could rub those legs more than I do.
As it is now about 5:45 PM I will sign off. No FP for the last 10 hours!
