Day 95, "Every picture has a story"

Well there are 2 pictures today.  The top is of my thumb that often aches.  A few years ago I injured the ligaments while making treasure boxes for the grand kids so they are now weak.  I need to exercise it so the muscles can do what the ligaments are supposed to do.  The wrist, well I broke it in 2014 while playing tennis and while in Alaska my phone rang telling me I needed to make an appt to get the titanium metal out of the wrist!!!  It does not give me any problems but it is a reminder that tennis can be a dangerous sport if one is not careful.  I would post a picture of the 11" scare on the back of my leg, also from tennis, but that may not be the best idea!  All in all I guess I should think if tennis is worth it or for that matter if wood working is worth it--IT IS.

Well we are supposed to see the last of the 70s tomorrow and then on Tuesday actually see the last of the 60s, at least before we go to Naples.  As we button things up, pack and get ready to go we will see highs in the mid 50s

Tammy and Brian will head home to Iowa this morning.  We have had a fun time the last couple of days.  I THINK they actually got our chrome cast set up so we can watch Netflix on TV, now that we are heading south!

I mowed the lawn for the last time yesterday.  Am hoping that Travis will mow it maybe a couple of times, the last time at a lower level.

Most Sundays I blog a bit longer but will sign off and talk with Brian and Tammy before they leave.  My FP is gone but not forgotten.
