Yep, I am going to do that!

I read an article in the WSJ this morning that got me thinking.  AND I have decided to stage my St. Paul home and then sell it.  I got all these idea  while reading and I think it is a GREAT idea.  I have this ROTH that I can cash in and take home  $11,000+ to cover the cost.  Here is what I need to make things perfect, as taken from the article:

• A custom made sofa, loveseat and two chairs for only $57,000.
• A lime green coffee table make in Italy for only $9,000.
• Another Italian item, a dining room table that is a steal at only $40,000.
• A VERY nice hanging light sculpture at the bargain price of only $27,000.
• A stand up antique lamp for only $5,000.
• Two antique boxes for looks at only $17,000.
• And last but not least a custom made rug for only $47,000.

Now let me see.  I guess my ROTH of $11,000 will not quite cover the $202,000 so I may have to dip into my savings from my book which is a just over $2,000.  Still things just do not seem to add up but I will see if I can work things out.  I REALLY want to have those things as I am sure it would put me in the "IN" crowd and for me that is where it is at.  Well maybe I need to think this idea through some more, that is it, more time to think!!!
I played tennis this morning and felt that my game was pretty much back.  Ken and I came out on top in both sets.  It actually gave me some clearity for our team match next week.
I did take a dip in the pool and it was nice as long as I stayed under the water but coming out in the outdoor temp of 73 it was a bit chilly.
Not much more today.  I had my FP in two parts.  One before tennis and one after tennis.
No, time to bring in the recycling bin and the garbage bin as both trucks have gone.
