TERRY
I would say Terry is the same. She again slept much of the morning but was awake and watching TV in the afternoon and as I write she is watching something. She actually ate more today than usual. Of course with my cooking skills how could anyone turn down the food??? NO, a couple days ago she asked if I could make a hot dish out of the cookbook that her family made and she has enjoyed it to no end. She asked for two helpings today which is good. So it is another "one day at a time"
We have no plans for the weekend. I made a Costco trip today so we have enough food for half an army! I need to remind myself to NEVER go to Costco on a Friday during the months of November-April. I thought I was in a zoo but then I realized there were people and not animals. Well at times like that there actually may be some who kind of resemble animals!!! As I stop in to stores it is so noticeable that prices of EVERYTHING are up up up. I think I should go on a week long fast to lose weight yes but more to save money!
I love this picture. I took it off the internet. If there is one thing I could have now that I have never had it would be a horse. I can remember Dad loading up our last horse when I was maybe 4 or 5 and I never could understand WHY we could not have had a horse when we were growing up. A wish unfilled but in my entire life if there is only one thing that I wanted so much and never got I guess I will not complain! BUT I do hope that little girl knows how lucky she is.
I have a deepening concern about Terry as the days go by. BUT I was pleased that she ate well today and seemed to be OK. I think she is sleeping well at night and actually well into the morning so that is good.
I thought we were supposed to get the nurse in twice this week but we only saw her once so I will need too all Monday. I am not sure what is happening there but I do hope Terry gets the services she needs.
No tennis for the next two days and that is a good thing. It does seem that I can feel my body more this year than last and I don't understand it as the years go by a person gets younger, right???
I am thinking that I might start sealing the Christmas letters this weekend as I intend to mail them out two weeks from today.
Darn it. I sent in Terry's and my passports a few weeks ago. I got mine back and somehow they said I did not complete Terry's correctly so I had to send it in again. We will now have passports through the age of 84 so that should be good.
No, here it is close to 9:00 PM so time to close for the night. I will try to blog earlier in the day tomorrow. As one could guess the FP was enjoyed many hours ago.
