Here we are in the FIRST Saturday of September 2021--the 4th!

 TERRY

Terry woke up about 7:00 with this coughing spell that lasted maybe 10 minutes or so.  I brought the paper in to her and she read for a short time but now is sleeping again as it is 8:45 now.  I think she slept OK last night.  I am concerned as she is eating but about enough to keep a bird in good health.  Anyway we will keep going and hope that each day is a better day than the last!  Even though she said she did not feel any effects from the covid shot Thursday I suspect she could be having some effects of it now.

Here it is Saturday and not much on the agenda.  I do not think I have anything to go out and about for but as usual there are some things staring at me in the house like messes!  I can not figure out HOW they happen as really in terms of the order of the house it is ONLY me.  AND yet I cannot turn around but to see something to pick up or order or put away.  I highly suspect there is something in the house that does not like me and enjoys making messes!!!  OK so it could be a serious defect in me as well but as of today I deny that.

I am still turning over things in my mind about how to set things up in the house when I am gone for about 48 hours in two weeks.  I almost am questioning if I should go but at this point plan to keep things as they are.  If something should happen when I am gone that would be the worst.

If Terry and I ever decide to up and locate some other place I think it will not be San Francisco!

This is out of the WSJ today.  Wow that means that at least half of the homes for sale are above 1.4!

Dakota Attitude
Within a year he had married Pearl Johnson.  She was teaching in a country school.  When the weather was good enough, she walked to school.  Our land was right next to where she walked.  I told my neighbor, tell that young lady that, if she wants to have a shorter course, to walk across our land.  She started walking through our yard.  I wouldn't go out in the field until I knew she'd come walking through (in the morning and after school).  I'd be home and give her coffee and cookies.  Well, you know, she looked nice and at that age you're thinking' about girls.  And so she thought I was alright, and I thought she was alright, and so I asked her to marry me, and she said yes".  They had two sons.  Ralph, now 94, is widowed and lives in his own home.
So I guess if she thinks you are alright and you think she is alright it is time to marry!!!

No here it is 9:20 and time to sip the last drop of FP and wrap it up for the morning.
