On to some work!

 TERRY

As I write it is 7:30 and Terry is still sleeping.  She has therapy and evaluation today so we will see what they say.  Will it be another 30 days or will it be finished.  Terry says IF they say no more she will work in our pool so time will tell.

With our club in the middle of the busy season I was not assigned a court today for tennis so it will be a day of being at home.  I have a few calls I need to make and then MAYBE I can finalize the tax papers and send them in, maybe!  I saw in the paper yesterday that the IRS has changed the tax filing deadline to mid May but I do want to get ours in soon.  I am pretty sure there will be some kind of refund.  It should be pretty much what our 2019 returns were as last year Terry had the sale of her house so it was an odd year.  I have not seen any check for the stimulus money but I am guessing we get zero as I am kind of sure it is based on returns of 2020 and that was when Terry's house sold.

Cynthia arrived back in Minnesota yesterday and I am guessing to a grand welcome from the kids!  It was fun having her here for the short time she was.  I feel she now has a good idea of where Dad is, how Dad is and what Dad does.  Her visit should have been longer BUT the time we had was grand.

Not much else to say as my FP is almost gone and my mind is telling me that maybe I should get to work. So I will post about one of the grandkids and then move on to the day.

I CONTINUE WITH THE GRANDCHILDREN STORIES

Today we have Jude Adkins who is #6 and will be twelve August 18th

My apology as this picture is not 100% clear as I copied it from their Christmas Card.  BUT I wanted you to see how grown up and big Jude has become.
Jude is one special guy.  He is always kind, considerate, gentle and just a super kind of young man.  He does very well in school and has shown flashes of having the Lee athlete skills.  (That may come from the Adkins too but I can not speak to that!).  Jude is into Lego things and pens, my kind of guy!  There is NO doubt that he will go far in life and make his mark on whatever he does.

  1. Love the picture of you and Cynthia! So glad you had a good time with her. Hope Jeff survived the days without her! :-) Turned cold here again and this morning I woke up to a little snow on the deck and roofs were white! March is a weird month!! Hope Terry's therapy goes well tomorrow. Take care, Love Helen
