TERRY
I would say Terry is her usual self today. She awoke kind of early and so she is finished with the paper. I need to have a conversation with her today as she is scheduled for her one therapy session tomorrow and I know she is not wanting to go. We will see. She is using the walker more and more so that is good. As usual, one day at a time!
I have upped my culinary skills to go beyond a tuna sandwich! We get meals delivered each Monday and they usually are prepared by Sonia on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday BUT Sonia is not here this week so it is up to me. I made enchiladas yesterday and IF I were to grade myself I think I would earn about a B or maybe a B+. I guess that is better than a passing C but it certainly is not the A that Sonia usually gets! Today it will be mashed potatoes and chicken and tomorrow a burger with potato wedges. I would say I am making progress as a MALE homemaker! I would say that I am doing it out of duty and not out of desire to be a chef! Well OK I admit it is kind of enjoyable but for sure I would rather be in my wood shop or on the tennis court. Well there is no wood shop here in Naples so I guess I will settle for the tennis court. AND that reminds me I had better keep an eye on the time as I hit the courts this morning at 10:30.
Today we are at grandchild #12 who is Leonidas (Leo) Adkins
Leo is quit the good looking guy. He is full of fun and has such a nice personality to go with it. I am thinking that Cynthia and Mike had better keep an eye on him as he gets to be a teenager. I can not say for certain if he likes sports or art or academia or something else as he will be 5 in November but I assure you whatever he does he will be good at it. I should add that he is certainly one good looking young man!
