There is nothing new about Terry as she is the same as yesterday.  As I blog here in the afternoon she is on the couch watching public TV.

There really is very little to say this afternoon.  I have actually done some work at cleaning up papers on the dining room table AND actually did some organizing in terms of papers but that is all.  Maybe by the end of the week I may have the dining room table clear!

I did take a trip to the grocery store but came home with nothing as I felt what I wanted should have been on sale but it was not.  Really we have enough food in the house to last us a long time so not sure WHY I am going to the store, maybe a habit.  Well I did also stop at Edward Jones and dropped off a check to cover a very small investment in two different stocks.  I feel that stocks that put in electricity in garages for electric cars are a thing of the future so I did put some money in two different companies.  Will it end up to be a good thing, who knows?  With the amount that I had to invest the companies would have to have BIG years for me to make anything but really is it important?  I think maybe it is not!

I did receive a hybrid golf club in the mail today.  I ordered it off eBay and paid about 20% of what a new club would be.  Now I just have to find someone to play golf with!  I now have kind of, what is for me, a nice set of club but I promise you they would have been "the best' 20 years ago, today???  Anyway If I find someone to play with it will be kind of fun.  I THINK golfers today pretty much have irons maybe 6-9 in their bag and then compliment them with those fancy hybrids so I am trying to be in the "in crowd"!  Actually a tennis guy Karl golfs so maybe I can go out with him before he leaves the first week of June.  

My foot, well it does not pain me so much today but it still is swollen and not so good.  When I went out and about I found out that driving with a boot on is kind of precarious as it is so wide and you can easily step on the gas when you want to brake!

I just do not have the energy to write a "Dakota Attitude" piece today.  This right foot, which is getting better, still aches and kind of makes me feel a bit ill.  I will sign off for the day but as one would know I did have my FP this AM!
