I have worked on the threshold upstairs but am finished for the day. My body feels like it did a few years ago when I had Lime BUT I know I do not have that. However I just could not continue working so locked the wood shop at 2:45 and got in the tub with the jets going and a cup of Epson Salt. I have to admit that was after a 35 minute nap. Those darn naps are coming a bit too often so will try to correct that in the future.
Not much planned for the remainder of the day. I am sitting at the computer in my leisure wear and will stay that way until bed time.
Not much else. Travis will come over at 6:30 tomorrow and we will go out for breakfast. That will be it for breakfasts until after our Hawaii trip which ends in mid July. What the heck by that time we will be looking at 2 1/2 months until we head south again. Oh my but time flies by way way too fast.
Looking forward to the next few weeks as there is a trip to ND to visit brother Dave and wife Marlys, the Malheim gathering and then 2 weeks in Hawaii and American Samoa. All that makes me think that this body had better get better so the projects do not stare at me in 2020.
I post this picture to show what it is like working on a house that is 113 years old. The short piece of quarter round is straight but when put in place there is a huge gap against the molding on the wall. WHAT IS A PERSON TO DO??? Well for sure one can think, calculate and try to figure out some way to make it work. Oh, as one can see the floor is not perfect either. SO onward and upward to new things. Maybe, just maybe, that is the reason my body aches and I stopped for the day!!!
Enough for now and as one can guess the FP is history to the tune of maybe 10 hours.
