Spring has sprung!
Here are the 2 pictures I am considering for the cover of my book. Which one do you think?
Terry finished editing chapters 42-51 last night so now I need to make changes today. She was up past 11:00 PM doing it as I could not keep my eyes open after 8:30. I will interject that I am usually up by 5:00 AM or so, sometimes earlier and sometimes later while Terry likes to sleep in some. Just had to say that so people don't think I am real lazy!!! I can not locate some pictures I would like to put in the book. There is one of my birthday and one of me in the crib smiling. Travis has looked for them in St. Paul and they are nowhere to be found. I know they are in the house but where, I can not say. I don't think I have seen them for several years. I want to have a page or two in the middle of the book with pictures in but at this point I don't have as many as I want. I know, I should have thought of the pictures before we left in the fall---but I did not think of it.
Summer like temps have arrived here. Most of the next week it is supposed to be in the mid to upper 80's.
A fun thing in the Naples paper today. Each week they have a section on "wheels" and in that they have a "U-Ride" part. Terry and I, with the camper, are in the paper today. The pictures they printed are not good quality in the paper but still it is fun to see.
No, on to those edited chapters.

Your book I think the second picture should go on the cover. You and your dog, very appropriate! What's the name of the newspaper? I tried to find and didn't have any luck.
ReplyDeleteWhen you headed up north? Just got back from Rogers, picked up a friend at the hospital, she's had quite an ordeal for the last couple of weeks but now she should be on the mend so friends will bring some food to put meat back on her bones and make sure she has all the help she needs. Next two days two funerals, HI needs some happy time after that. Course is pretty wet so haven't been golfing, don't like mud! League starts shortly so busy time is coming upon us quickly. Temps are a lot better and look forward to planting some flowers. It's nice to see color in the landscapes with the daffodils blooming and some of the other foliage bringing color to our landscapes. I love spring!!!! Can't wait to see your book! Helen
